Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of receiving it.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (VAT)

For orders shipping within the European Union (EU), VAT is already included in the price of your order at checkout.

If you are shipping to a European country outside of the EU (such as the UK, Switzerland, or Norway), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. christoferwang.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Damages and Lost Packages

christoferwang.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently ship worldwide. Orders can be delivered to destinations across Europe, North America, Asia, and other international locations.
