If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • It must be free from dirt, odors, or signs of wear and tear.

Please note: Gift cards and discounted/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at service@christoferwang.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the return address or return it without contacting us first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an order because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged order, christoferwang.com will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label in these instances.

If you are returning an order, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Review your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is credited.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@christoferwang.com.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective bag for the same item, send us an email at service@christoferwang.com with photos of the damage, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
